    - CHANGELOG.md: fix inverted apiCheck coverage claim (Native+commonMain, not JVM/Android)
- PR template: soften apiCheck + allTests checklist items (CI runs lint-only; both require Xcode)
- CONTRIBUTING.md: replace nonexistent 'test' task with 'allTests' + note Xcode requirement
- docs/04-PUBLISHING.md: add Dokka + GitHub Pages one-time setup note (source=GitHub Actions)
